Contents clean, book tight, no loose pages, no tears. *Works grouped in 8 catagories: Fiction, Life/Letters, History, Philosophy/Religion, Science, Poetry/Drama, Travel/adventure and Miscellaneous. Within each section the works are in alphabetical order of author, so this volume includes A & B authors for 5 groups with Science A-G & Miscellaneous A-E. The History section is the only one with grouping by chronology. Thus Authors here include Josephus, Herodotus, Thucydides, Xenophon et al. *A short biography of the author precedes each book here reduced to its quintessence, thereby tempting the reeader to further investigation.
