Excellent photography mostly full page dealing with everything from fashions to international events with short explanatory texts. Prefacebegins: "History in the Making 1910 to 1935. Never, since the world began, has so much been achieved, such an abundance destroyed, so many hearts lifted, so many hopes denied, as in the fleetin span of the last quarter-of-a-century. Each year in the reign of King George V has been an act in a drama almost incredible in its speed, intensity and incident".
