Volume II (of IV) octavo original lilac PAPER WRAPS with printed spine label. Completely uncut & unopened 176pp + 5-166pp. This volume covers Campaigns in Egypt and Italy to 1808 & includes his naming as Emperor. French texts in original pre-binding wrappers were sold in this condition in France at that time for binding by the customer. Slight splitting to foot & hinges of wrap, faint damp-marks to a few pages at the beginning. *An interesting contemporary account with a probable half title and another leaf at the start of Part 2 missing? Books like this in uncut wide margined condition are scarce.
