Inscription on flyleaf recording purchase in 1835 by Richard Barber.Newer endpapers and text Pages uncut with one or two unopened,variable foxing, mostly only marginal. *The author was at the Vienna School of Ophthalmology which was the the foremost experimental teaching venue and one of the oldest establishments specializing in eye care. He warns against the use of spectacles, how to rest the eyes etc. Scarce.
