Traditional Civil Law textbook based on Roman origins. *Pt.III begins with "unterschide der geometrischen & arithmetischen proportionalrechnung" and discusses calculation of interest, usury and whether interest on unpaid-interest is lawful, division of property inheritance vested interests, maritime law (also discusses whether judgment of Pontius Pilate was legally correct).
