Octavo gilt sprinkled roan on 5 raised bands gilt ruled to cover & bands (tips sl.worn/hinges rubbed). Titlepage +[14]pp prelims +447pp +[1]p index. Titlepage partly loose Preface pages foxed and browned, other pages not foxed though with a narrow edge in the margin of sl.tanning. Bookplate to rear pastedown of Eleazar Le Marchant dated 1752 and the same name inked signature dated 1717 on torn rear fly leaf. Front pastedown has unkown partially removed bookplate. A neat crisp copy.
